Deadline for submission of the four-page extended abstract for inclusion in the SISPAD 2007 proceedings:

The final four-page manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings to be distributed at the conference. Manuscripts received after this date will not be published.

• Your manuscript must not exceed four pages and must meet the format standards given in the sample manuscript (PDF).

• Please use the given templates for Word and LaTeX.

• Please follow the instructions given in the above templates carefully.

• Upload the final, proofread and spellchecked paper at the conference management tool.

Oral presentations last 20 minutes for contributed papers and 45 minutes for invited papers, including time for questions. A video projector and a presentation computer are available. Accepted formats are the Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and the Powerpoint Format (PPT). It is recommended to embed all fonts in the presentation file. Speakers are requested to transfer their file at latest in the break before their session to the presentation computer, using a USB-Stick or a CD-ROM. Presentations from Speakers' notebooks will not be accepted.

The poster-boards are 1m wide. Posters should be less than 90cm wide and less than 1.4m high.

In order to further stimulate the scientific discussion during SISPAD, you are encouraged to present your latest ideas in the 'Walk-In Poster Area'. Specially designated poster boards will be provided for this purpose, just bring your poster to SISPAD. However, to facilitate planning, if possible, please indicate your intention by sending an informal email to sispad(!at)iue.tuwien.ac.at. Note that material presented in the Walk-in Poster Area will not be published in the conference proceedings.
