Online registration

Online registration is no longer available. Only onsite registrations are allowed from now on.

Click here to register to the conference and/or workshops. If you already have an account for this site (for example if you submitted a contribution) you can use the same credentials. Otherwise you must first create a user.

IMPORTANT: You must provide your ID data (type of document, number, and issuing country). Besides, you need to communicate if you need an invoice (instead of a simple receipt) for the payment of the conference fee. To provide all this info, please fill in this form and send it to sispad2022@ugr.es. 

Registration by bank transfer

Alternatively, you can pay the registration fee by bank transfer with the following information:

To complete the registration you must fill in this form and send it to sispad2022@ugr.es together with the receipt of the bank transfer.

IEEE Members and student IEEE members, please bring your membership cards to conference site. Students who are not IEEE members, bring your student ID card or other documentation showing your current student status.

Early registration is confirmed to include:

  • Participation in all technical sessions.
  • Coffee breaks.
  • Lunches.
  • Welcome reception cocktail (September 5th evening).
  • Get-together cocktail (September 6th evening).
  • Exclusive guided visit to the Alhambra and the Palace of the Emperor Charles V (September 6th evening).
    • The Alhambra will be closed to tourists and general public during the visit and only open for the SISPAD conference.
    • For the access to the monument, a valid passport needs to be shown at the entrance.
  • Guided visit to the Albaycin (September 7th evening).
  • Conference Gala dinner (September 7th evening).

Late registration includes:

  • Participation in all technical sessions.
  • Coffee breaks.
  • Lunches.
  • Welcome reception coctel (September 5th evening)
  • Get-together cocktail (September 6th evening).
  • Guided visit to the Albaycin (September 7th evening).
  • Conference Gala dinner (September 7th evening).

IMPORTANT: Note that, due to the strict capacity policies of the Alhambra, availability of tickets for the exclusive visit of September 6th cannot be guaranteed for those registering late. For that reason, early registration is strongly encouraged.

 

Onsite registration includes:

  • Participation in all technical sessions.
  • Coffee breaks.
  • Lunches.
  • Welcome reception cocktail (for those registering on September 5th)
  • Get-together cocktail (September 6th evening).
  • Guided visit to the Albaycin (September 7th evening).
  • Conference Gala dinner (September 7th evening).

IMPORTANT: Onsite registrations are absolutely excluded from the visit of the Alhambra and the Palace of the Emperor Charles V.

 

Accompanying person

Social events fee for an accompanying person: 200 €.

This includes:

  • Welcome reception cocktail (September 5th evening).
  • Get-together cocktail (September 6th evening).
  • Exclusive visit to Alhambra and Palace of the Emperor Charles V (confirmed if the registration for the companion is done before early deadline and not guaranteed later).
  • Guided visit to the Albaycin (September 7th evening).
  • Conference Gala dinner (September 7th evening).

IMPORTANT: Since the registration platform only allows one payment event per registered email account, it is preferable to add the accompanying person(s) during the registration process of the main conference attendee. In any case, the independent registration of an accompanying person is still possible by creating of a new webpage account using a different email address.
