Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

• Standard Oral Presentations are divided into 20 minute slots, with the last 5 minutes set aside for questions.
• Extended Oral Presentations are 30 mintues long, again with the last 5 minutes for questions.
• Laptops running Windows will be provided, and must be used - unfortunately we cannot support the use of the presenters own device. Microsoft Powerpoint and Adobe Acrobat will be available so please prepare your presentation in one of these formats.
• Laser pointers and microphones will be available for the presenters to use.

Poster Presentations

• Poster boards will be in portrait orientation with dimensions 6ft (1.83m) high and 3ft (0.91m) wide:

• The necessary materials to attach your poster to the board will be provided.
