Paper Submission

Important Deadlines:
Abstract submission deadlines: April 17, 2010 at 23:59 Central European Summer Time (CEST)
Notification of paper acceptance: May 17, 2010 at 23:59 (CEST)

Submissions:

All submissions (initial and final) must be made on-line from the following web site:

http://sispad2010.e-papers.org

If you are submitting multiple abstracts, you only need to create one web account. Please use the same account (User name and password) for any additional submissions;
If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your own, it may be done until the submission deadline. Please use the unique web account you created during initial submission to edit or resubmit;
Email submissions will not be accepted.

Abstract Specifications:
Your abstract must comply with the following specifications (plase use our template to meet the specifications below)

  1. Abstrat length: two pages, including figures, tables and references;
  2. Abstract size: A4 (210 x 297 mm) or US letter (8.5" x 11");
  3. Fonts: Times New Roman 10pt (for those using MS Word) or Roman 10pt (for those using LaTeX);
  4. File format: Adobe PDF (.pdf) two colums;
  5. Allowed file size: 2 MBy;
  6. Do not page number your abstract;
  7. Do not apply security settings to your PDF file;
  8. NOTE: Deviations from the above abstract specifications could impede the review of your abstract and result in rejection.

Additional requirements:
If your abstract is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:

  1. IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed copyright form for each accepted paper. Without this form, we cannot publish your article.
  2. The organizers reserve the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
