- A limited block of rooms for SISPAD is guaranteed through August 30th. Once the block of rooms is filled, or beyond this cutoff date, reservations will be considered on space and rate available basis.
- For reference, the conference will begin the morning of September the 24th (albeit with on-site conference registration beginning the afternoon of the 23rd planned) and run through lunch on the 26th (through ~1:00 pm), allowing time for flights to most locations in the USA and the first leg of flights to Europe during the afternoon and evening of the 26th.
- Accordingly, the largest block of rooms runs from the night of the 23rd through the night of the 25th (leaving the 26th). Smaller blocks also exist for the night of the 22nd and the night of the 26th (leaving on the 27th), the latter with those returning to Asia in mind.
