Please begin setting up your posters 30 minutes before the poster session. Please take down your posters immediately after the poster session. (materials left on the post boards afterwards will be removed and discarded.)
Poster set up
- 36 inches x 48 inches (914 mm x 1219 mm) poster boards will be used. (These dimensional are also compatible with an A0 Paper size, 841 mm x 1189 mm = 33.1 in x 46.8 in).
- Portrait or landscape is acceptable (although portrait may allow a bit more room between you and your neighbor).
- Set up materials will be provided.

No-show Policy
Accepted Papers should be presented by one of the authors, so that the presenter can both present the material clearly and provide informed answers to questions. The talk should be presented by a proxy only under unusual circumstances, and the proxy must be well informed. Papers not presented, or presented by an unqualified proxy, will be removed from post conference distribution, including from online distribution through IEEE Explore. Exceptions will be granted only in the event of unanticipated events beyond the control of the authors. Requests for exceptions must be presented to the Technical Program Chair and the Conference Chair either within 7 days after the beginning of SISPAD 2018 (by Monday, October 1st) with supporting evidence of the anticipated events beyond the control of the authors. Exceptions will be granted at the discretion of the Technical Program Chair and Conference Chair.
