International Conference on Simulation of Semiconductor Processes and Devices (SISPAD) provides an international forum for the presentation of leading-edge research and development results in the area of process and device simulation. SISPAD is one of the longest-running conferences devoted to technology computer-aided design (TCAD) and advanced modeling of novel semiconductor devices and nano electronic structures.

For oral presentation, we will just ask for a copy of your slides for live presentation or video recording before your talk in case of technical difficulties.
To ensure the safety of our participants, the CDC and WHO guidelines in response to the COVID pandemic will be followed by the hotel. Note that currently face coverings are required in all indoor public areas. A large conference meeting space is reserved for SISPAD 2021, ensuring that 6-ft social distancing between participants can be maintained if required
