After submitting the registration information you will receive a preliminary confirmation of your registration and an invoice. The registration is complete only after receipt of your payment.
The conference offers block booking of rooms at a reduced rate for hotels in the vicinity of the conference site. The hotel reservation codes will be provided after registration.
Please be aware that the organizer cannot accept any bank fees.
The conference site has a capacity limited to a maximum of 200 persons. Please note that we cannot accept any registration after this capacity limit has been reached.
Upon cancellation of a registration by July 25, the registration fee will be refunded minus an administrative charge of 25 €. Upon cancellation by August 23, the registration fee will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of 150 €. Upon cancellation after August 23, no refunds can be made. All refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
Please note that revenues for the cost recovery of scientific conferences or workshops are exempt from tax (§4 No. 22a UStG).
